By buying a ticket or attending an Alors On Dance event, you agree to these terms.

Tickets

Tickets are sold online through our website (Wix Events). Prices are in Canadian dollars, and service fees are shown before you pay.
Your ticket is your proof of entry. Keep it on your phone or print it.
Refunds and transfers follow our Refund Policy.

Age, ID and venue rules

You must meet the minimum age shown on the event page (18+ for events serving alcohol). Bring valid photo ID.
You must follow the venue's rules and staff instructions. The venue or our team may refuse entry or remove anyone without a refund for safety reasons or bad behaviour.

Event changes

Lineups, schedules, menus or venues may change. If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will contact you by email.

Conduct

Respect other guests, the artists and staff. We do not tolerate harassment, violence, illegal substances or damage to property.

Photos and video

Photos and videos may be taken at our events and used on our website, social media and ads. If you do not want to appear, tell our team at the event or email us.

Liability

You attend at your own risk. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the price of your ticket. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Nothing in them limits your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
