Refund Policy

All sales are final

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the cases below.

Can't make it? Transfer your ticket

You can give your ticket to someone else. Email info@alorsondance.ca with your order number and the new guest's name and email at least 24 hours before the event, and we will update the ticket.

Event cancelled

If we cancel an event, you get a full refund of your ticket price to your original payment method. We will contact you by email.

Event postponed

If an event moves to a new date, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend the new date, you can ask for a refund by emailing us within 14 days of our announcement.

Service fees

Online service and processing fees charged by Wix or its payment providers are refunded according to their rules.

How to ask

Email info@alorsondance.ca with your name and order number. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
